Pawel Stankowski, born 29.12.1982. My journey with art started by going to art classes which were fun and while this became my profession it is also a way of expressing myself to the world. In 1997 I was admitted to the State Arts High School in Kielce. In the beginning my leading subject was sculpture (sculpture in stone technology). After I graduated from the High School I began my studies in Institute of Fine Arts at J. Kochanowski University in Kielce. This time I chose a different specialty- easel painting. This field (subject) allows me to express myself better and gives me freedom in the world of colour, texture and light, as well as in the world of impressions, emotions and spontaneity. I started in the field of Impressionism and developed my skills further in the field of Abstract Expression. Having said that metaphysical human being is still the centre of my attention.
